VILLA STEFADIS
Villa Stefadis is a privately owned villa that was completed in October 2006. It is a spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached villa. It is situated in a peaceful, rural setting in the village of Mandria. The location is superb, just 5 minutes drive from Paphos airport, 2 kilometres from an unspoilt coastline, and within easy reach of excellent golf courses, the nearest being about 5 minutes away.
Villa Stefadis was constructed in the traditional modern method, and has ample car parking. The rural setting means that the development was controlled by the Government, which only allowed a very low build ratio, resulting in not being over crowded nor over shadowed by large apartment blocks, sharing facilities. A separate section has been made available to expand on the amenities and attractions of Mandria and the Paphos area.

The villa was purposefully chosen for its location, as well as being close but not  too close to the airport.  A beautiful, unspoilt beach is within easy reach, 20 minutes stroll over level ground, or if you prefer, take the car and be there in 5 minutes. The villa is fully equipped - we think so -  with all that you will need to have an enjoyable stay. As there is too much to describe here, a separate section has been made to give a full description.
With an average of over 320 days of sunshine per year, it really is idyllic especially as the temperature is rarely found to drop below 15 degrees in the daytime. An abundance of activities can be found in the areas of Mandria and Paphos, so much so, that we think it is nigh on impossible to get bored. For all the golfers, a separate section has been included to give a better description of the local courses, which are certainly playable all year round. Fancy skiing in the morning, and swimming in the sea in the afternoon? This can be done in Cyprus.
