Villa
Stefadis is located in the quiet, rural village of
Mandria, and lies 6 kilometres from Paphos airport, and
approximately 20 kilometres from Paphos Town, both of
which are easily accessible by the B6 road (scenic
route), or Paphos Town can be reached by the A6 road on
the outskirts of the village. The villa comes on two
levels, upstairs and downstairs, and has ample car
parking. There are no awkward steps to climb to enter
the villa, and thus is suitable for guests with
disabilities. On the ground floor (downstairs) there is
a large open plan lounge dining area, a separate
kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor (upstairs)
there are 3 bedrooms, the master having an en-suite
bathroom, and a further family bathroom. The bedrooms have
balconies of which one is shared between the master and
the second bedroom. It normally sleeps up to 6 persons,
but in the downstairs, one of the settees easily
converts to a double bed if required. Villa
Stefadis is fully air-conditioned, has a pressurised
water system, and all patio doors and windows are fitted
with fly screens.

Downstairs. |

The
lounge area of the downstairs contains a 3 seat settee,
a corner unit and 2 x 2 seat settee, all in brown
leather. The 3 seat settee easily transforms into a
double bed if required. there are also table lamps,
corner unit with stereo system, flat screen LCD
television (wall mounted), DivX/DVD player with a varied
selection of films, suitable for all ages and Playstation 2
with a selection of games. A front door and a patio door
complete with sun block blinds and voile curtains lead to
the front of the property. |

The
dinning area has a table and chairs that will seat 6
persons. 2 patio doors complete with sun block blinds,
and voile curtains lead to the side of the property.

The
separate kitchen is fully fitted with granite work
surfaces, electric oven and hob, extractor fan,
fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, toaster,
kettle, loads of cupboards, and has a window complete
with sun block blind looking out onto the garden area. A
rear door also leads to the outside patio and garden.

There
is also a downstairs bathroom, which has a shower,
toilet, basin, mirror, and an opaque window.

Bedroom No1(Master) has a double bed, bedside cabinets,
dressing table, mirror, hair dryer, fitted wardrobes,
en-suite bathroom (which has bath, shower, toilet,
basin and mirror), window fitted with blackout blind and
voile curtains, patio door with blackout blind and voile
curtains, leading out onto a balcony shared with Bedroom

Bedroom No 2 has twin beds, bedside cabinet and table
lamp, dressing table, mirror, fitted wardrobes, window
fitted with blackout blind and voile curtains, patio
door fitted with blackout blind and voile curtains
leading out onto a balcony shared with Bedroom No 1.

The
family bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin, and mirror,
and an opaque window. |

Outside the front of the property is a small driveway
which has ample parking. There is a private garden of
which large areas are laid to tiled patios. There is a
garden table, parasol, and 6 chairs. Sun loungers are
provided for those who wish to worship the sun. The
garden area is laid to gravel with plants being potted
and watered by an automated system. There is also a
BBQ, and a top of the range hot tub/spa which
will accommodate 6-7 persons.. After an exhilarating day
why not just relax in the tub and let the hydrotherapy
ease you back into shape. N.B. Only the provided plastic
drinking vessels are permitted to be used, and no food
consumption is permitted when guests are using the hot
tub/spa, |
